对影响高技术企业竞争情报部门绩效的因素进行实证研究。因子分析表明:“情报部门的群体特征”、“情报部门的凝聚力”、“情报部门的目标设定”、“情报人员个体特征”、“领导”、“部门间互动”和“组织环境”7类“因子”影响情报部门的绩效。路径模型揭示:这些因子经5条直接的与3条间接的路径对情报部门的绩效施加影响。讨论影响高技术企业情报部门绩效的因素系统的构成及其影响机制。研究结果对如何提升企业情报部门与图书情报部门的绩效有较大参考作用。
Empirical study on the factors that affect the competitive intelligence department performance of high-tech enterprises. The factor analysis shows that: “the group characteristics of the intelligence department ”, “the cohesion of the intelligence department ”, “the intelligence department’s goal setting ”, “intelligence personnel individual characteristics ”, “leadership ”Interdepartmental interaction“ and ”Organizational Environment“ ”Category 7“ ”Factors" affect the performance of intelligence services. The path model reveals that these factors influence the performance of intelligence agencies via five direct and three indirect paths. Discuss the composition of the system of factors that affect the performance of high-tech enterprise intelligence agencies and their influence mechanism. The results of the study have great reference to how to enhance the performance of the enterprise intelligence department and the library intelligence department.
