以上海旗忠网球中心钢屋盖工程为背景,探讨了弦杆轴线弯曲的圆管桁架焊接节点的静力性能。进行了空间TT、KT’T、KK和平面K等4种节点形式共9个试件的静力破坏试验。在相同节点形式的条件下,直接比较了弯曲弦杆节点与平直弦杆节点之间在整个受力过程中的性能。应用有限元法进一步分析了弯曲弦杆的曲率半径变化对节点承载力的影响。研究表明,在实际结构工程中广泛应用的弦杆曲率半径范围内,弦杆的弯曲对圆管节点性能没有显著的不利影响。计算弯曲弦杆的圆管节点设计强度时建议采用现有规范中适合平直弦杆的节点公式。
Taking the steel roof project of Shanghai Qizhong Tennis Center as the background, the static performance of welded joints of the cylindrical truss with curved axis of the chord is discussed. A static failure test was conducted on 9 specimens in the form of four nodes: space TT, KT’T, KK, and plane K. Under the condition of the same node form, the performances of the curved chord node and the straight chord joint during the entire stress process are directly compared. The influence of the variation of the radius of curvature of the curved chord on the bearing capacity of the joint was further analyzed using the finite element method. The research shows that the bending of the chord does not have a significant adverse effect on the performance of the pipe joint within the radius of curvature of the chord that is widely used in actual structural engineering. When calculating the design strength of a circular pipe joint of a curved chord, it is recommended to use the nodal formula for the straight chord in the existing specification.
