磁共振波谱成像是利用磁共振现象和化学位移作用,进行特定原子核及其化合物定量分析的方法。目前应用于乳腺肿瘤的波谱技术主要为1H-MRS。MRS能够区分病变性质,与动态对比增强扫描联合应用能够提高诊断的特异性。乳腺1H-MRS能够定量分析乳腺病变内各种代谢物浓度,而获得高质量波谱的关键是1H-MRS成像技术的改进,最主要的是机器的压水、压脂和匀场性能。本文从乳腺1H-MRS的应用现状、技术限度及改进等方面进行综述。
Magnetic resonance spectroscopy is the use of magnetic resonance phenomena and the role of chemical shift, the specific nuclear and quantitative analysis of compounds. Currently used in breast cancer spectrum technology 1H-MRS. MRS can distinguish the nature of lesions, combined with dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI can improve the specificity of diagnosis. The 1H-MRS of breasts can quantitatively analyze the concentration of various metabolites in breast lesions. The key to obtaining high-quality spectra is the improvement of 1H-MRS imaging technology, and the most important one is the pressure, grease and shimming performance of the machine. This article summarizes the application status, technical limits and improvement of 1H-MRS in breast.
