中国是一个发展中大国,又是一个建筑大国,随着建筑事业的迅猛发展,建筑能耗迅速增长。而在建筑能耗中,空调能耗又占有主要比例,约为2/3左右。在此情况下,要利用何种空调形式降低能耗是一个工程设计中的主要问题。本文以腾讯北京总部项目为例,介绍了变风量空调系统的分区、负荷计算以及空调机组的设备选型。通过实际的工程设计,来阐述变风量空调系统在工程应用中的节能优势。其中负荷计算和空调机组选型利用了计算软件简化了重复计算的繁琐,大大缩减了设计时间。
China is a large developing country and a big construction powerhouse. With the rapid development of construction, China’s building energy consumption has rapidly increased. In building energy consumption, air-conditioning energy consumption and occupy a major proportion, about 2/3 or so. Under such circumstance, it is a major issue in engineering design to reduce the energy consumption with which form of air conditioning. In this paper, Tencent Beijing headquarters project as an example, introduced the VAV air conditioning system partition, load calculation and air conditioning unit equipment selection. Through the actual engineering design, to explain the VAV air conditioning system in engineering applications, energy-saving advantages. Which load calculation and air conditioning unit selection using the calculation software to simplify the cumbersome of double counting, greatly reducing the design time.
