“以学生为中心”指“以发展学生的能力”为出发点,因材施教,注重学生的个性发展,使之成为高职高专教育的实践者、参与者及主要评价者。本文结合我校药学专业实际情况,探索“以学生为中心”的人才培养模式,从而引导教学改革,构建多元化学业评价体系,强化教师创新意识,为社会、为行业培养高素质技能人才而努力。 “Students as the center ” refers to “to develop the ability of students ” as a starting point, teaching students according to their aptitude, pay attention to the personality development of students, making it a practitioner of higher vocational education, participants and the main evaluator.
