由嵌段共聚物在一定条件下自组装形成的有序纳米孔模板,在一维纳米结构的生长、金属或半导体有序模板的制备、水净化以及生物分离等领域具有广泛的应用前景,引起科研人员广泛地关注。本文根据嵌段共聚物的不同结构,主要对二嵌段和三嵌段共聚物在自组装纳米孔模板领域的研究进展进行了综述,并展望了其主要的研究方向和发展趋势。
The ordered nanoporous templates formed by self-assembly of block copolymers under certain conditions have wide application prospects in the fields of one-dimensional nanostructures growth, ordered preparation of metal or semiconductor templates, water purification and biological separation, etc. Researchers pay a lot of attention. Based on the different structures of the block copolymer, the research progress of diblock and triblock copolymers in the field of self-assembled nanoporous templates is reviewed in this paper. The main research directions and trends are also discussed.
