氟虫腈酰胺化衍生物的合成及其对柞蚕饰腹寄蝇病防治效果

[目的]通过对氟虫腈的结构改造,开发新型柞蚕饰腹寄蝇病防治药剂。[方法]以氟虫腈为先导化合物,经NaH处理、与相应的酰氯反应,合成6种酰胺化衍生产物,测定它们对柞蚕的毒性及对柞蚕饰腹寄蝇病防效。[结果]其结构经红外光谱、核磁、质谱和元素分析确证。将氟虫腈酰胺化衍生物用于柞蚕寄蝇防治,结果表明其毒性降低,对寄蝇病的防效最高可达69%。[结论]合成氟虫腈酰胺化衍生物并应用于柞蚕保护领域,取得较好防效,为开发基于苯基吡唑类结构的新型柞蚕饰腹寄蝇病防治药剂的分子设计奠定一定基础。 [Objective] Through the structural reform of fipronil, a new type of anthelminthic disease control agent was developed. [Method] With fipronil as the lead compound, 6 kinds of amidated derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of NaH with the corresponding acid chlorides. Their toxicity to tussah and the control effect on the tussah trimming flies were measured. [Result] The structure was confirmed by IR, NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The fipronil amidated derivatives for the tussah fly control, the results show that its toxicity reduced to fly flies disease control effect up to 69%. [Conclusion] The synthetic derivatives of fipronil and their application in the field of tussah protection were better than those of the control group. These results may lay a foundation for the development of molecular design of the new type of anthelmintic control agent based on phenylpyrazoles.
