Objective: To investigate the relationship between corneal astigmatism and different degree of myopia in 30 ~ 39 years old population in Hubei Province, and to find out the change rule. Methods: 786 cases of myopia from 30 to 39 years old in Hubei Province were randomly selected. Corneal map and comprehensive refraction table were used to determine the degree of astigmatism, axial and myopia, and the changes were analyzed. Results: Among 30 ~ 39-year-old residents in Hubei Province, the proportion of astigmatism in each myopia ranged from 25 ° to 150 °, and the number of astigmatism astigmatism was higher in all myopia segments. The female myopia segment is about 74.2%, the moderate myopia segment is about 77.3%, the low myopia segment is about 82.9%, the male myopia segment is about 84.6%, the moderate myopia segment is about 80.1%, the low myopia segment About 81.1%. There was no significant difference in the proportion of astigmatism between myopia and males in 30-39 years old. The overall compliance rate of asymptomatic women aged 30 ~ 39 was higher than that of males. There was no significant difference in the proportion of astigmatism between 0 ° ~ 200 ° in myopia of men and women aged 30 ~ 39 years. Conclusion: Among 30 ~ 39-year-old residents in Hubei Province, the proportion of myopic astigmatism in the range of 25 ° ~ 150 ° is the largest, and the number of astigmatism is higher in both myopia and men than in the inverse astigmatism. The proportion of asymptomatic astigmatism in the overall female group was higher than that of the male overall group.
