为探索提高何首乌扦插苗移栽成活的方法,以何首乌扦插苗为材料,采用2因素随机区组试验设计,通过田间移栽试验,研究了覆盖与萘乙酸组合处理对何首乌扦插苗移栽成活及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:白色地膜覆盖+25mg/L萘乙酸组合处理的移栽成活率最高(达83.33%),与白色地膜+50mg/L萘乙酸(移栽成活率73.33%)及白色地膜+100mg/L萘乙酸(移栽成活率71.11%)组合处理差异不显著。在新生根条数、最长根长、一级分枝数、茎蔓长、新生叶片数等指标方面,以白色地膜覆盖+100mg/L萘乙酸组合处理综合表现较好。结论:何首乌扦插苗移栽时,可先用100mg/L萘乙酸浸根1h,移栽后用白色地膜覆盖,可提高移栽成活率。
In order to explore the method of increasing the transplanting survival rate of Polygonum multiflorum cuttings, the Polygonum multiflorum cuttings were used as experimental materials. The randomized block design of two factors was used to study the transplanting survival of Polygonum multiflorum cuttings. Effect of seedling growth. The results showed that the survival rate of transplanting was the highest (83.33%) with white mulching + 25mg / L naphthalene acetic acid combination, which was the highest transplanting rate with white mulch + 50mg / L NAA (transplanting survival rate 73.33%) and white mulching + 100mg / L NAA (transplanting survival rate 71.11%) combination treatment was not significant. The number of new root number, the longest root length, the number of first-order branches, the length of stems, the number of new leaves and other indicators, the white mulching + 100mg / L naphthalene acetic acid combination of better overall performance. Conclusion: Polygonum multiflorum cuttings can be transplanted with 100mg / L naphthalene acetic acid for 1h. After transplanting, white mulching can increase the transplanting survival rate.
