时间和空间构造了场景,社会的发展赋予场景有关个体、社会群体的记忆、历史及其符号意义,由此场景也就具有了对于社会的象征、隐喻意义。基于真实和人工虚拟场景的艺术表现,同样具有对于社会结构上的解剖作用或者观念暗示,特定的场景往往会出现特定的个体或者群类。在场景的迁移变动性中,艺术家在旅行、移民、游牧、流浪和错位等问题上进行了探索,这类与场景迁移、变动主题相关的作品意向往往是融合性的,它将场景在迁移变动过程中的多种文化背景与观念混合或并置在作品中呈现。今天的艺术家对于作品中场景的审视与观察,一定会将社会形态及其概念渗透入场景,不会单一的只是表现场景的外貌特征等表像。
