目的探讨家蝇高效氯氰菊酯抗性品系抗性的发展及对其他3种杀虫剂交互抗性,为合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法采用微量点滴法。结果经过26代的选育,抗高效氯氰菊酯家蝇品系的抗性倍数达152.907 9,对溴氰菊酯的交互抗性倍数为44.819 6,有明显的交互抗性,对DDVP抗性倍数8.789 9,交互抗性不明显,对残杀威的交互抗性倍数0.607 4,呈负交互抗性。结论长期使用同一种杀虫剂易产生抗性,对其他杀虫剂也会产生交互抗性,使用杀虫剂时应注意种类的选择。
Objective To explore the development of resistance to beta-cypermethrin-resistant strains of housefly and the interactive resistance to the other three insecticides, so as to provide basis for rational use of insecticides. Methods using micro-drip method. Results After 26 generations of selection, the resistance of beta-cypermethrin-resistant strains was 152.907 9, the reciprocal resistance to deltamethrin was 44.819 6, and the resistance to DDVP was 8.789 9 , The cross resistance is not obvious, the reciprocal resistance multiples of Hexhamum is 0.607 4, which is negatively interactive. Conclusion Long-term use of the same insecticide is easy to produce resistance, and other insecticides will have cross-resistance, the use of pesticides should pay attention to the choice of species.
