本文利用意图解释模型对现代学徒制试点政策行动进行解读,得出为加强技术技能积累,服务发展意图,应采取校企合作与工学结合,构建校企协同育人的机制,并开展实践。校企协同育人机制价值追求应在立德树人和服务发展之间保持张力,需要构建多方权益保障机制,提高企业的实践认受性。
In this paper, we try to interpret the modern apprenticeship policy by using the model of intent explanation, and conclude that in order to strengthen the accumulation of technical skills and service development intentions, we should adopt the combination of school-enterprise cooperation and work-study to build a mechanism of school-enterprise collaboration and education and practice. The value pursuit of school-enterprise cooperation and education mechanism should maintain the tension between Lideshu people and service development. It is necessary to build a multi-party rights protection mechanism and improve the practice acceptance of enterprises.
