给 Wistar 大鼠在妊娠第11d单次腹腔注射适当浓度的氚水,使大鼠体水氚的浓度为0.037、0.555和5.55MBq/ml。其8月龄仔鼠吸收剂量分别为0.012、0.189和1.89Gy。检查各组8月龄仔鼠心脏血淋巴细胞染色体畸变,结果表明各受照组仔鼠淋巴细胞染色体型畸变率、总畸变率和畸变细胞率均显著高于对照组(x~2检验P<0.01),并且都有随剂量增加而增加的趋势,但只有吸收剂量为0.189Gy和1.89Gy的两个剂量组之间,总畸变率及畸变细胞率有显著差异(x~2检验P<0.01)。染色单体型畸变率仅最高剂量组显著高于对照组。
Wistar rats were injected intraperitoneally with appropriate concentrations of tritiated water on the 11th day of gestation to make the body water tritium concentrations 0.037, 0.555 and 5.55 MBq / ml. The 8-month-old offspring absorbed doses were 0.012,0.189 and 1.89Gy. Chromosome aberration of cardiac lymphocytes of 8-month-old offspring of each group was examined. The results showed that the chromosome aberration rate, total aberration rate and aberrant cell rate of lymphocytes in each irradiated group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.01), and all tended to increase with dose, but there was significant difference between the two dose groups with absorbed dose of 0.189Gy and 1.89Gy (P <0.01 for x ~ 2 test) ). Chromosomal aberration rate in the highest dose group was significantly higher than that in the control group.
