《家用汽车产品修理、更换、退货责任规定》(以下简称汽车三包政策)经过了8年调研和4次征求意见后终于出台,于2013年10月1日起施行。汽车三包政策兼顾到了各方利益,不仅保护了消费者,也保护了厂家的利益,而且能够促进整个汽车行业的良性发展。同时,将会对汽车生产、汽车销售、汽车售后服务带来一定影响。1三包规定主要内容汽车三包政策总结了以往很多产品三包政策的经验和教训,在规定中详细列出了“三包”项目清单,基本覆盖了汽车主要零部件种类;同时也对经营者的受理时间作出规定,可防止经营者故意拖延时间造成产品超过有效期的情况出现。
