33名从事脑力劳动而患有更年期综合症的妇女,定期进行全面的体格检查,观察体育锻炼的效果。结果发现,经过一年半到两年的体育锻炼后,安静时的心率、血压,血浆甘油三脂和胆固醇的含量均明显下降;肺活量、最大通气量、最大吸氧量、握力和去脂体重等均明显增加;主观症状和某些病理改变都有不同程度的改善。说明有计划的体育锻炼对减轻妇女更年期综合症具有良好的效果。
A total of 33 women with menopausal syndrome who were mentally challenged underwent regular physical examination to observe the effect of physical activity. The results showed that after a year and a half to two years of physical exercise, heart rate, blood pressure, plasma triglyceride and cholesterol levels were significantly decreased at rest; vital capacity, maximum ventilation, maximum oxygen uptake, grip strength and lean body weight Were significantly increased; subjective symptoms and some pathological changes have varying degrees of improvement.
