梁家楼油田主要含油层系沙三中,地质储量4898.00×104t,90年代后,油田开发效果日趋较差,低产、停产及报废井增多,同时局部区域存在丰富剩余油,重新利用这些老井开窗侧钻,挖掘剩余油潜力,是改善开发效果、提高油田采收率的有效手段。笔者总结出一套行之有效的老井开窗侧钻挖掘油田剩余油潜力的技术方法,即:选择合适油藏类型是侧钻挖潜取得好效果的基础,明确剩余油分布规律是侧钻挖潜取得好效果的关键。通过细致深入的地质研究,精细刻画油藏断裂、微构造及储层特征,结合分析油水井水淹规律,综合确定剩余油分布。在此基础上优化侧钻井油藏地质设计,做好侧钻前陀螺测斜工作,优化靶点坐标;合理选择侧钻开窗位置,尽量避免水层开窗,开窗点选择时考虑井斜角大小,以免为随后的作业投产带来不必要的麻烦;针对侧钻井固井质量较差的实际情况,应用扩眼新技术,提高固井质量。

On the basis of this, we optimize the geological design of side-drilled reservoirs, do the gyro-tilting work before the side-drills, and optimize the coordinates of the target. Reasonably choose the location of the side-drilled windows, try to avoid the water layer from opening the window, Angle size in order to avoid unnecessary trouble for the subsequent operation of the production; for the poor side of the well drilling cementing the actual situation, the application of reaming new technology to improve the cementing quality.
