随着数控加工人才的需求越来越大,在学校数控机床资源有限的情况下,怎样有效地培养数控加工人才,成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。因此,数控加工仿真软件应运而生。在学生学习数控编程命令初级阶段,仿真软件可以作为形象演示的工具;在学生实际操作数控机床之前,仿真软件可以进行数控机床基本操作的模拟练习;在学生操作数控机床阶段,仿真软件可以作为检验程序、提高数控机床利用率的重要工具;在学生学习数控编程和机床操作的高级阶段,仿真软件可以作为提高训练的有效手段。
With the increasing demand of CNC machining talents, how to effectively train CNC machining talents has become an urgent problem to be solved in the circumstance that the school CNC machine tools have limited resources. Therefore, CNC machining simulation software came into being. The simulation software can be used as the tool of image demonstration in the initial stage of students’ command of NC programming. Before the students actually operate CNC machine tools, the simulation software can simulate the basic operation of CNC machine tools. The simulation software can be used as the test Program, and improve the utilization of CNC machine tools; simulation software can be used as an effective means to improve training students learn advanced CNC programming and machine tool operation.
