上海市同济中学是一所有着百年传统、文化底蕴深厚的学校,如何在继承传统的基础上把学校真正建设成为使人愉悦、促人发展,给人以前进的动力,推动人全面发展和健康成长的地方成为学校工作的重点。借鉴积极心理学理念,同济中学从自然环境和人文环境建设入手,积极构建有利于师生优势特长发展的环境,以此形成积极的学风和教风。基于积极心理学的学校建设极大地提升了同济中学师生的精神面貌,促进了师生的发展。
