0.65计酬制不但体现了奖勤罚懒的管理方法,而且能促进、激发劳动生产率和职工素质的不断提高,使企业能稳步发展。本文就0.65计酬制的计算方法和特点浅谈认识。 (一)0.65计酬制的计算方法车间下达班组的生产任务一般是根据本企业的实际情况结合经济效益而制定的平均值定额,在生产过程中班组之间必然出现差异。0.65计酬制是参人了竞争机制,在完成定额的基础上超额部份以奖励单价计算报酬,没有完成平均值定额以处罚单价计算全部产量。0.65是计酬奖罚的限额系数。计算公式如下:
