1 病例资料患者,87岁,体重39 kg,患有慢性支气管炎、高血压、慢性肾衰。患者原发性高血压病史11年,服复方降压片7年, 收缩压高达200 mmHg,改服非洛地平缓释片(波依定)2年, 测血肌酐371．2 μmol·L-1、尿素氮20．4 mmol·L-1,改服氯沙坦钾片(科素亚)、硫氮革酮缓释片和呋塞米片(速尿),测血肌酐424μmol·L-1、尿素氮26．3 mmol·L-1、尿酸460μmol·
A case data patient, 87 years old, weighing 39 kg, suffering from chronic bronchitis, hypertension, chronic renal failure. The patient had a history of essential hypertension for 11 years, taking compound antihypertensive tablets for 7 years and systolic blood pressure as high as 200 mmHg, changing to felodipine extended-release tablets (benazepril) for 2 years, measuring serum creatinine 371.2 μmol·L- 1, urea nitrogen 20.4 mmol·L-1, change service losartan potassium tablets (Covestro), sustained-release tablets of nisin and furosemide tablets (furosemide), measured serum creatinine 424μmol·L- 1, urea nitrogen 26.3 mmol·L-1, uric acid 460 μmol ·
