就修改的设计洪水来说,发现许多国家的大坝泄洪能力不足。因而,提高溢洪道的泄洪能力已成为水电站管理者面临的一个重要问题。由国家电力公司管理的法国比利牛斯山山区的格洛里特斯混凝土拱坝溢洪道的泄洪能力显示出与新设计洪水150 m3/s的泄洪流量要相差80 m3/s。因此,需要在右岸增修一座溢洪道。增修的溢洪道型式决定选用被称之为钢琴键型堰(PKW)的迷宫式溢洪道。
In terms of the modified design floods, it is found that the discharge capacity of dams in many countries is not sufficient. Therefore, improving flood discharge capacity of spillways has become an important issue faced by hydropower station managers. The spillway capacity of the Gloriettes concrete arch dam of the French Pyrénées run by the National Electric Company shows a difference of 80 m3 / s from the flood discharge of 150 m3 / s for the new design flood. Therefore, a spillway needs to be repaired on the right bank. The refurbished spillway type decided to use labyrinthine spillway, known as the Piano Key Weir (PKW).
