In sports, every athlete wants to lose weight by doing a lot of workout, but what about the effect? Because of the different competitions, there are many different levels. Recently, people have observed the relationship between “fat and thin and sports performance”. Study the relationship between gender and sports performance and its related degree of obesity. The participants included 814 male athletes (mean age 21.5 years) and 100 female athletes (mean age 19.6 years). They all live in the northern hills of Italy, with average male athletes training 1.5 hours a day and female athletes training an average of 1.3 a day
