文章论述了科教视频信息传送的多工兼容制,分析了图象函数的性质及其统计特性和传送信息量问题。并结合我国电视广播技术的发展提出了:发展科教文节目的多工传送,扩大电视网覆盖;发展超特高频段卫星电视广播和改进中继、差转网络的方案。为适应四化中科教广播事业的发展,系统方案包括:文字及图片静止图象信息的多工广播,电视报刊的兼容传送,卫星电视的直播接收以及彩色电视的技术改进,并提出了应用电视新技术及有关数字化电视和帧同步器的问题。
This paper discusses the multi-compatibility of science and education video information transmission system, analyzes the nature of the image function and its statistical characteristics and the amount of information transmitted. Combined with the development of China’s TV broadcasting technology, it is put forward that the development of multi-purpose transmission of science, education and education programs should expand the coverage of television networks; the development of programs for ultra-high frequency satellite television broadcasting and the improvement of relay and poor transmission networks. In order to adapt to the development of science and education broadcasting in the four modernizations, the system solutions include: multi-media broadcast of text and picture still image information, compatible transmission of television newspapers and periodicals, live broadcast of satellite TV and technical improvement of color television. New technologies and issues related to digital television and frame synchronizers.
