随着物流市场竞争的不断加剧,提升物流服务质量已成为物流企业提高自身市场竞争力,获取经济利润的主要手段。铁路物流作为我国物流市场上的一大运输主体,长期以来形成了重发轻到、重生产轻经营、重装车轻收入的物流服务理念,对到达端物流服务标准化问题关注较低,这给铁路物流经营的改善造成了极大制约。针对铁路物流到达端物流服务流程标准化问题进行了研究。
