目的对2013-2015年无锡市锡山区麻疹疑似病例的实验室检测结果进行分析,为有效地防治麻疹提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫捕获法对所采集的麻疹疑似病例血清标本进行麻疹Ig M抗体和风疹Ig M抗体检测。结果共检测167份麻疹疑似病例血清标本,麻疹Ig M抗体阳性标本71份,阳性率为42.51%;风疹Ig M抗体阳性标本9份,阳性率为5.39%。各年度麻疹Ig M抗体阳性率,各年龄组的麻疹Ig M抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义;各年度风疹Ig M抗体阳性率,不同性别麻疹Ig M抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义。3月和4月是本区麻疹高发期。结论卫生部门必须加强麻疹免疫接种和强化接种的工作力度,加强对易感人群的监控,在麻疹高发月份加强预防和监测工作,避免麻疹疫情的暴发流行。
Objective To analyze the laboratory test results of suspected cases of measles in Xishan District of Wuxi City from 2013 to 2015 so as to provide a scientific basis for the effective control of measles. Methods Serum samples of suspected measles cases were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for measles IgM antibody and rubella Ig M antibody. Results A total of 167 serum samples of measles suspected measles cases were detected, 71 of which were positive for measles IgM antibody, the positive rate was 42.51%. 9 were rubella IgM positive samples, the positive rate was 5.39%. The positive rate of measles IgM antibody in each year and the measles IgM antibody positive rate in each age group were statistically significant. The positive rate of IgM antibody in each year and the positive rate of IgM antibody in different sex measles were not statistically significant. March and April are the high incidence of measles in this area. Conclusion The health department must strengthen measles immunization and intensified vaccination work, strengthen the surveillance of susceptible population, strengthen the prevention and monitoring in the high incidence of measles and prevent the outbreak of measles epidemics.
