采用分散培养法对新生SD大鼠的坐骨神经进行体外培养，成功地培养出了细胞．用抗S-100、抗Fibronectin抗体进行了免疫学鉴定，证实所培养的细胞为雪旺氏细胞。并对雪旺氏细胞的形态进行了观察。
The sciatic nerve of neonatal SD rats was cultured in vitro by the method of dispersive culture, and the cells were successfully cultured. Immunoassay with anti-S-100 and anti-Fibronectin antibody confirmed that the cultured cells were Schwann cells. The morphology of Schwann cells was observed.
