辽宁公路工程处第二工区在抚顺承包东露天矿排水沟工程中,跌水是混凝土结构,在工期紧、模板不足的情况下,从矿务局土建处学习了用秫秸代替木模板的经验。推行结果,大家认为质量合乎标准,操作也轻便。兹将制作方法及注意事项介绍如下: 制作方法一般用5公分×5公分的小楞木做带,间距30公分,用去皮秫秸(如不须拆模时可不去皮)平铺其上,压以灰条子,每隔20～25公分用2时钉钉之(见图)。
