利用统一的方法获得了反映北沙参整体特征的特征提取物。应用超导脉冲傅里叶变换核磁共振波谱仪测定了不同产地北沙参特征提取物的碳-13核磁共振指纹图谱,并采用向量夹角余弦法计算了该指纹图谱的相似度。研究结果表明,不同北沙参提取物的碳-13核磁共振指纹图谱显示北沙参包含多种成分的共振峰,其特征有效成分的特征共振峰有很高的重现性和较高的特征性。通过北沙参提取物的碳-13核磁共振指纹图谱及其特征区域的共振峰的有效结合,可以做为北沙参真伪鉴别的依据。
A uniform method was used to obtain the characteristic features of the whole plant Radix extract. The carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) fingerprints of the characteristic extracts of Radix Astragali were determined by superconducting pulsed Fourier transform nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. The similarity of the fingerprint was calculated by the vector angle-cosine method. The results showed that the carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) fingerprint of different Radix Aconiti kusnezoffii extracts showed that the Radix isatidis contained a number of components of the formant, and the characteristic resonance peaks of the characteristic active ingredients had high reproducibility and high characteristics Sex. It can be used as the basis for the identification of Pseudostellariae radix pseudostellariae by combining the carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance fingerprints of the extracts of Pseudostellaria barbata and the formant of its characteristic region.
