[目的]为了研究萘乙酸钠在大豆上的残留消解动态情况,建立了大豆和土壤中萘乙酸钠的液相色谱检测方法。[方法]采用乙腈和水混合溶剂提取,液液分配净化后采用液相色谱测定。[结果]萘乙酸钠在其线性范围内,线性关系良好,在0.01、0.10 mg/kg两个质量分数水平进行了添加回收率试验,回收率80.5%~103.4%,相对标准偏差3.7%~9.8%。[结论]该方法操作简便,净化效果好,灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合农药残留检测技术的要求。
[Objective] The purpose of the research was to study the residue digestion dynamics of sodium naphthalene acetate in soybean and to establish a liquid chromatography method for the determination of sodium naphthylacetate in soybean and soil. [Method] The mixture was extracted with acetonitrile and water. The liquid was purified by liquid chromatography and determined by liquid chromatography. [Result] Sodium naphthaleneacetate had a good linearity in the linear range. The recoveries were 80.5% ~ 103.4% and the relative standard deviations were 3.7% -9.8% at the two levels of 0.01 and 0.10 mg / kg %. [Conclusion] The method was simple in operation and had good purification effect. The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of the method were in line with the requirements of pesticide residue detection technology.
