目的应用严重烧伤大鼠模型,研究中药合剂对烧伤炎症反应的保护作用.方法Ⅲ度30%TB-SA大鼠随机分为假烫组(N组)、单纯烫伤组(S组)和烫伤后中药合剂喂服组(C组),采用放射免疫法,分别于伤后6h、1、5、10、20d时检测大鼠血清TNFα、IL-β、IL-6、IL-8、IL-4和IL-10含量.结果S组和C组血清中各指标伤后明显升高,C组促炎因子(TNFα、IL-β、IL-6、IL-8)分别在不同时相点低于S组,而抗炎因子(IL-4、IL-10)分别在不同时相点高于S组.结论中药合剂对严重烧伤大鼠炎症反应具有明显保护作用,且为双向性调理.“,”Objective:To investigate the regulatory effect of Chinese traditional medicine mixture(CTMM)on inflammatory response mice with severe hurn injury.Met5hods:Rats inflicted by 30% Ⅲdegree scald were em-ployed as the model.One hundred and ten rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,i.e.scalded rats rteated with CTMM and SD-Ag(group C),scalded tats treated with simply SD-Ag(group S)and normal healthy rats treatedgroups were dynamically monitored.Reaults:serum contents of TNFα,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,IL-4 and IL-10 were evidently increased in both groups C and S.But the contednts pro-inflammatory cytokines(TNEα,ILK-1β,IL-6,IL-8)in group C decteased and were much lower than those in group S.However,the contents of anti-inflam-matory cytokines(IL-4,IL-10)in group C increased more markedly than those in group S.Conclusions:CTMMhas protective effect on inflammatory response in mice severe burn injury.And it has double-side regulatory effect.
