目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)和基质金属蛋白酶2、9(MMP-2、MMP-9)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化二步法,分别检测OPN和MMP-2、MMP-9在正常对照组(7例)和鼻咽癌(45例)组织中的表达,其中鼻咽癌患者发生颈部淋巴结转移有25例。结果①鼻咽癌组织中OPN和MMP-2、MMP-9的阳性率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),其中淋巴结转移组表达明显增高(P<0.05)。②鼻咽癌中OPN和MMP-2、MMP-9的表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论 OPN和MMP-2、MMP-9可能在鼻咽癌的发生发展和突破基底膜向外扩散及淋巴结转移中起到重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin (OPN) and matrix metalloproteinase 2, 9 (MMP-2, MMP-9) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its significance. Methods The expressions of OPN, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in normal control group (n = 7) and nasopharyngeal carcinoma (45 cases) were detected by immunohistochemical two-step method. Among them, cervical lymph node Metastasis in 25 cases. Results ① The positive rates of OPN, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05). The expression of OPN, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in NPC tissues was significantly higher than that in normal controls (P <0.05). ② The expression of OPN, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was correlated with lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion OPN, MMP-2 and MMP-9 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the breakthrough of outflow of basement membrane and lymph node metastasis.
