新建高大平房仓普遍出现仓体隔热性、气密性差的问题,对其进行隔热和气密改造是安全储粮的前提。低温储粮无论是对保持储粮品质还是有效控制有害生物对粮食的危害都是行之有效的措施,在当前推广的绿色储粮工程中低温储粮技术为首选的方法。我国低温储粮技术包括自然通风、机械通风、机械制冷三项主要技术,在低温区、中温区和高温区三个低温储粮区域中,应最大限度地利用其自然低温条件,因地制宜地进行各种形式的低温储粮。
