研制了一种煤层气固井水泥浆体系CLQC,评价了该体系水泥浆性能、静胶凝强度发展、水泥石强度以及低密度水泥浆的沉降稳定性,并进行了现场应用。结果表明:CLQC体系在1.10g/cm3和1.20g/cm3密度下均表现出良好的沉降稳定性,API失水量≤23mL,稠化时间在262~280min之间,在40℃低温下表现出优异的“直角稠化”性能,30Bc~100Bc的“过渡时间”<30min,静胶凝强度从48Pa~240Pa“过渡时间”很短,水泥石强度与常规水泥石的性能接近,现场应用3口井,声幅测试接近优质。
A cement coal slurry cementing system CLQC was developed. The properties of the cement slurry, the development of static gelling strength, the strength of cement stone and the settling stability of low density cement slurry were evaluated and applied in the field.
