目的探究在脑梗死患者中Hcy、D-二聚体、hs CRP的水平变化情况以及其临床应用价值。方法选取2013年2月至2014年10月在我院治疗的脑梗死患者108例以及66例健康体检者作为本研究对象,将脑梗死患者分为急性期和恢复期,采用全自动生化分析器对研究者血清中的Hcy、D-二聚体、hs CRP的水平进行检测,同时对比不同组患者以及处于不同时期的患者相关指标的变化情况。结果处于急性期的脑梗死患者其Hcy、D-二聚体、hs CRP的水平均显著高于对照组以及处于恢复期的患者,其差异显著具有统计意义(P<0.05),同时恢复期脑梗死患者的Hcy、D-二聚体水平明显高于对照组,其差异显著具有统计意义(P<0.05),而恢复期脑梗死患者的hs CRP水平与对照组相比无显著差异,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在脑梗死患者的临床诊断和治疗中,Hcy、D-二聚体、hs CRP水平均有重要的诊断应用价值,同时可用于脑梗死发生发展的判断指标,在临床应用中具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the changes of Hcy, D-dimer and hs CRP levels in patients with cerebral infarction and their clinical value. Methods A total of 108 patients with cerebral infarction and 66 healthy subjects who were treated in our hospital from February 2013 to October 2014 were enrolled in this study. The patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into acute phase and convalescent phase. The automatic biochemical analyzer The level of Hcy, D-dimer and hsCRP in the sera of the investigators were detected, and the change of relevant indexes in different groups of patients and in different periods were compared. Results The levels of Hcy, D-dimer and hsCRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in control group and those in recovery stage (P <0.05), and the recovery of brain The levels of Hcy and D-dimer in patients with infarction were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), while the levels of hs CRP in patients with recurrent cerebral infarction were not significantly different from those in control group No statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusions The levels of Hcy, D-dimer and hsCRP in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cerebral infarction have important diagnostic value and can be used to judge the occurrence and development of cerebral infarction. They are of great value in clinical application.
