为了系统研究道路因素对车辆侧翻的影响,运用Matlab软件中的仿真模块Simulink建立了三自由度车辆动力学闭环仿真模型,提出了2个度量侧翻风险的指标——临界侧向加速度和横向荷载转移比.通过正交试验设计,研究了不同道路因素以及因素间交互作用对车辆侧翻的影响程度.结果表明,影响车辆侧翻的道路因素按其影响的强弱程度排序依次为:平曲线半径、平曲线半径与超高的交互作用、超高、缓和曲线设置、路面摩擦系数、平曲线半径与路面摩擦系数的交互作用、纵坡、平曲线半径与纵坡的交互作用,其中平曲线半径、超高、缓和曲线设置以及平曲线半径与超高交互作用对车辆侧翻具有显著性影响.
In order to systematically study the influence of road factors on vehicle rollover, a 3-DOF vehicle dynamics closed-loop simulation model was established by simulink in Matlab software, and two metrics of rollover risk-critical lateral acceleration and lateral Load transfer ratio.Orthogonal experiment design was used to study the influence of different road factors and the interaction between the factors on vehicle rollover.The results show that the road factors affecting vehicle rollover are ranked as follows according to the degree of influence: Curve radius, radius and height of flat curve, setting of superhigh and easing curve, friction coefficient of road surface, interaction of flat curve radius and friction coefficient of road surface, interaction between longitudinal slope and radius of flat curve and longitudinal slope, Curve radius, high, easement curve setting and the interaction between flat curve radius and superhigh have a significant influence on vehicle rollover.
