高师英语教学中专业能力培养与教师职业素养培育的脱节,使高师英语专业教育失去了特色,削弱了该专业教育的特色,导致所培养的毕业生因职业素质欠缺而不具备英语教师职业竞争的优势。如何更新观念,转变目前这种重专业轻师范的倾向,让学生的专业和职业素质均得到提升?在多年实践的基础上,我们构建了一种可概括为“以学定教,笃行活学,教学相长”的学/教模式,并运用于高师综合英语课程教学中。本文将从基本思路、基本概念、理论依据、操作路径几个方面对该模式进行阐述。
