我是一名由华油公司转岗到采油二厂新庄采油管理区的职工,通过在新岗位学习技能,从新兵成长为女子计转站站长。结合自己的成长,对新职工培训方面,积累了一些自己的土经验。用情感容纳新员工近两年,随着油田改革的深入,转岗到采油一线的职工比较多,转岗来的新员工来源不一,有来自生产辅助单位的,如水电厂、精蜡厂;有来自后勤服务单位的如通讯公司、社区等。但不论哪个单位,有一个共同的特点就是对前线工作不适应,甚至有抵触情绪。年龄参差不齐,有年长的,多年的后勤工作养
