燃油消耗是汽车运营最直接的成本,燃油消耗一般要占到汽车运输总成本的30%以上,如何降低车辆的燃油消耗,就成为降低运输企业成本、提升经济效益关键因素。我处自2006年7月开始对油料管理采取“专人负责、强化监督、落实考核、降本增效”的管理方针,从“制度建设、油耗标定、公里测算、油料发放、核销考核”五个方面着手,切实落实精细化管理的理念。
Fuel consumption is the most direct cost of automobile operation. Fuel consumption generally accounts for more than 30% of the total cost of vehicle transportation. How to reduce the fuel consumption of vehicles becomes a key factor to reduce the cost of transportation enterprises and enhance economic benefits. Since July 2006, our office has adopted the management guideline of “responsible for the personnel, strengthening the supervision, implementing the examination, reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency” for the oil material management. From “system construction, fuel consumption calibration, kilometer calculation, oil distribution and verification Assessment ”five aspects, and earnestly implement the concept of refined management.
