中成药的细菌污染是当前中成药生产中迫切需要解决的重大问题之一。γ-射线能有效地杀灭中成药里的细菌,使之达到卫生标准。但是,电离辐射能够破坏维生素B_(12)等某些敏感的化合物。因此,辐射杀菌对中药材有效成份的影响就成为人们所关注的问题。为此我们对川芎等11种芳香性药材和人参等4种非芳香性药材辐照前后的化学成分进行了研究,现将结果报告如下。
Bacterial contamination of proprietary Chinese medicines is one of the major issues that urgently needs to be solved in the production of proprietary Chinese medicines. Gamma-rays can effectively kill the bacteria in proprietary Chinese medicines to meet hygiene standards. However, ionizing radiation can destroy certain sensitive compounds such as vitamin B_(12). Therefore, the impact of radiation sterilization on the active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicines has become a concern. To this end, we studied the chemical composition of 11 non-aromatic herbs such as Chuanxiong and other 11 aromatic herbs and ginseng before and after irradiation. The results are reported below.
