中国仍然处于社会转型期,而与之相伴的的磨合期也必定是长期的。在这种背景条件下,一个缓和矛盾、体现社会主义制度优越性的组织就显得尤为必要。工会作为一个维护工人群体稳定,维护工人及企业权益的组织在新的时期需要新的定位。这是本文所集中探讨的问题。
China is still in a period of social transition, and the accompanying run-in period must also be long-term. Under this background, it is especially necessary for an organization to ease its contradictions and reflect the superiority of the socialist system. As a unit that maintains the stability of workers’ groups and safeguard the rights and interests of workers and enterprises, the trade unions need a new orientation in the new period. This is the focus of this article to explore.
