应用 SOLGAS 软件对钛铁矿炭还原过程进行了不同条件下各种还原产物的热化学平衡组份的计算,重新考察了钛铁矿炭热还原的历程;通过高温炭热还原试验,测定了该过程的还原速率;并查明了还原过程中高钙镁含量的影响,以及钛、铁、钙、镁等元素的行为特征。
SOLGAS software was used to calculate the thermochemical equilibrium components of various reduction products under different conditions for the reduction of ilmenite. The course of carbon-thermal reduction of ilmenite was revisited. Through the high-temperature carbon-thermal reduction test, The reduction rate of the process; and the effect of high calcium and magnesium content in the reduction process, as well as the behavior characteristics of titanium, iron, calcium and magnesium.
