作为公立医院人力资源管理和开发的基础,员工招聘管理工作在医院人力资源管理中具有举足轻重的地位,直接关系着医院人力资源管理其他环节工作的开展,是医院可持续发展的动力源泉。医院的人力资源管理部门在招聘工作中,应重点突出、目标明确,建立科学合理的人才评价体系,推进医院人才招聘管理机制的创新。
As the foundation of human resource management and development in public hospital, employee recruitment management plays a decisive role in human resources management of hospital, which is directly related to the development of other aspects of human resource management in hospitals. It is the source of power for the sustainable development of the hospital. The hospital’s human resources management department should focus on the recruitment, clear objectives, the establishment of scientific and rational personnel evaluation system to promote the innovation of hospital personnel management mechanism.
