The mass incidents have become more and more frequent and fierce. To this end, we must intensify the study of mass incidents, strengthen the efforts to build a harmonious society, speed up the pace of building systems and mechanisms for democratic consultation, enhance the transparency of administration and give top priority to the interests of the masses.
