目的探讨手术器械包组合装载清洗方法,提高清洗质量。方法实验组利用弹簧挂靠清洗框网格,形成架空隔离槽,组成多组合清洗框装载不同器械进行机械清洗。对照组采用传统清洗框装载清洗。结果实验组的清洗合格率为96.43%,对照组为86.54%。ATP生物荧光检测法实验组平均RLU检测值为775,不合格率为5.22%;对照组平均RLU为1 766,不合格率为12.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用弹簧加载清洗框用于手术器械包组合式清洗,可明显提高器械清洗质量和人员工作效率,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the combination loading and cleaning method of surgical instruments and to improve the cleaning quality. Methods The experimental group used springs to catch the grid of cleaning frames to form overhead isolation slots, which formed a multi-combination cleaning frame for loading different instruments for mechanical cleaning. The control group was loaded with traditional cleaning box cleaning. Results The qualified rate of cleaning in the experimental group was 96.43% and that in the control group was 86.54%. The average RLU of ATP biofluorescence assay was 775 in the experimental group, with an unacceptable rate of 5.22%. The control group had an average RLU of 1 766 and a failure rate of 12.09%. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The use of spring-loaded cleaning frame for surgical instruments combined package cleaning, can significantly improve the quality of instrument cleaning and staff efficiency, it is worth promoting.
