目的:探讨C肽水平与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的关系。方法:检测80例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的糖化血红蛋白、空腹C肽、胰岛素水平和餐后30 min、60 min、120 min、180 minC肽及胰岛素水平。根据患者有无DPN分为DPN组及非DPN组,比较各组C肽水平。结果:DPN组空腹及高糖刺激后C肽水平明显低于非DPN组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:C肽水平与T2DM患者的DPN密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between C-peptide level and diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods: The levels of HbA1c, fasting C-peptide and insulin in 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and peptide and insulin levels at 30 min, 60 min, 120 min and 180 min after meal were measured. According to patients with or without DPN divided into DPN group and non-DPN group, compare the C peptide level in each group. Results: The levels of C-peptide in DPN group after fasting and high glucose stimulation were significantly lower than those in non-DPN group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The level of C peptide is closely related to DPN in patients with T2DM.
