本文介绍了一种非常规碎岩方法——热机碎岩法的碎岩机理、碎岩工具以及工艺等,深入认识了该技术与传统机械碎岩的区别。该工艺利用钻头与岩石摩擦所产生的大量热量,使岩石的内部结构在高温下发生物理或化学变化,进而使岩石强度和磨蚀性显著降低。热机碎岩钻进技术是切实可行的,能提高钻进效率,降低钻进成本。
This paper introduces the crushing mechanism, rock breaking tools and techniques of unconventional crushed rock method - thermal crushing method, and deeply understands the difference between this technique and traditional mechanical crushed rock. The process uses a large amount of heat generated by the friction between the bit and the rock to physically or chemically alter the internal structure of the rock at high temperatures, thereby significantly reducing rock strength and abrasiveness. Thermal crushing rock drilling technology is feasible, can improve drilling efficiency, reduce drilling costs.
