随着商品经济大潮的来袭,诸多因素都直接影响到农场职工的工作状况,因此需要发挥工会工作的积极作用来为农场营造出风清气正的工作环境。根据现状分析和反思可知,需要在给予工会干部独立的工作氛围、建立工会干部联系职工的机制、确立工会工作考核主体的构成等三个方面建立起价值取向。在此基础上的实践则应围绕着:深化对农场工会工作现状的认知、优化对农场工会组织管理的调整、完善农场工会干部联系职工机制,以及完备对农场工会工作绩效的评价来展开。
With the arrival of the tide of commodity economy, many factors directly affect the working conditions of farm workers. Therefore, it is necessary to give full play to the active work of trade unions to create a clean and upright working environment for the farm. According to the current situation analysis and reflection, we can see that the value orientation needs to be established in three aspects: giving independent working atmosphere for trade union cadres, establishing the mechanism for union officials to contact employees and establishing the composition of the work evaluation body for trade unions. The practice on this basis should focus on deepening the cognition on the status quo of the farm union, optimizing the adjustment of farm union organization and management, perfecting the union staff mechanism of farm union cadres and completing the evaluation of farm union’s performance.
