高含量钨的测定,目前一般采用8—羟基奎啉重量法、钨酸铵灼烧重量法和辛可宁重量法等。但这些方法都较慢。本文试验了钨的硫氰酸盐示差比色法。方法基于钨(V)与硫氰酸根形成黄绿色络合物,选择不同钨量的标准溶液作参比进行比色测定。试验结果表明:用72型分光光度计在波长420毫微米处有最大吸收;在3~6N盐酸中显色,消光值变化很小;用1~5毫升25%硫氰酸钾,消光值一致;使用1~5毫升1%三氯化钛,消光值一致;在室温(25℃左右)络合物颜色可稳定六小时。分别以0.4和1.5毫克三氧化钨/50毫升为参比,0.4~1.6和1.5~3.0毫
Determination of high levels of tungsten, the current general use of 8-hydroxyquinoline gravimetric method, ammonium tungstate burning weight method and cinchonine weight method. But these methods are slow. This paper tested tungsten thiocyanate differential colorimetry. Method Based on tungsten (V) and thiocyanate to form yellow-green complex, choose different tungsten standard solution as reference for colorimetric determination.
