利多卡因。原系局部麻醉药和抗心律失常药。我院先后用于治疗顽固性呃逆24例,收效满意,总结报告如下 一般资料 1.性别与年龄 男性18例,女性6例;住院病人20例,门诊病人4例,门诊病人均有随访。25～35岁4例,36～50岁8例,51～65岁10例,70岁以上2例。 2.原发病 脑出血6例,脑血栓4例,流行性出血热8例,尿毒症3例,肝硬化并上消化道出血1例,肺癌,贲门癌各1例。
