针对当前终端区排队模型将进港航班与出港航班分别排序的现状,建立了基于动态优化的进出港航班排序模型.该模型将进港与出港两个过程当作一个整体来考虑,减轻了管制员的工作负荷,可将由主观因素造成的损失降到最小.模型算法动态的将出港航班插入到达流中,每次插入后对受影响的航班进行重新调整,实现了进出港航班的动态合并.基于对管制现实需要的考虑以及计算量的优化,引入了位置交换约束参数.该算法结合实际数据,在仿真实验中与先来先服务方法相比,取得了较好的结果,表明本算法具有较强的可行性.
